The Counter tension stabilizer in the mounting bracket uses and integrated spring that applies force whether the motor is stowed or deployed. Ont the water, that translates to a motor with no play, no give, reduced torque and silent operation. This motor features 80lb of thrust from a 24 volt system and the end of a 52" shaft.
